Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. As soon as your order is registered, you will automatically receive an e-mail to the address . Sometimes these notifications end up in spam folders. Seek there a message if you have nothing on. We do our best to deliver your parcel in time.

All of the drugs that can be viewed on our website are usually available. If you have any issues with delivery, we will resolve them as soon as possible.

There may be a circumstance of force majeure, that is not due to the us postal delays, and similar factors outside of our control, which may cause a slight delay. You should also be aware of some delays at customs, we are not responsible.

As part of our commitment to our customers, we will call and confirm each order placed with us. During this confirmation, our specialist customer service will confirm your orders for medications, the address to which it will be sent to you and other details of the treatment.

Order and delivery

After we confirmed the order, we form the packaging, after which it is sent to the tape carrier chosen by the customer.

Delivered to your home

On average, it takes 2-4 weeks for delivery from the time the order is received and processed. Shipments may be subject to delays in case of disruption of seasonal high volume of mail during holidays and customs controls random.
