Your order will be securely packed and shipped within 24 hours. Here is how the parcel looks like (real photos of the shipped goods). It is the same size and appearance as a regular letter (24x11x0,7 cm) and will not lose its contents.

There may be a circumstance of force majeure, that is not due to the us postal delays, and similar factors outside of our control, which may cause a slight delay. You should also be aware of some delays at customs, we are not responsible.  

And because some of the packets arrive a bit later or earlier than expected?

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. As soon as your order is registered, you will automatically receive an e-mail to the address . Sometimes these notifications end up in spam folders. Seek there a message if you have nothing on. We do our best to deliver your parcel in time.
